How do I respond to a ticket update?

To respond to a ticket:

  1. Go to the Tickets section.
  2. Select the ticket you wish to respond to.
  3. Under the section Post a Reply, type your message.
  4. Click Post Reply to send your response to the support team.

Tip: You can also attach additional files or screenshots when responding to a ticket, which may help resolve the issue faster.
