If you’ve forgotten your password:

1. Go to the Sign In page at https://support.chass.com.my/.
2. Click on Sign In with your email address without password. 
3. A Forgot My Password will appear after the failed sign in. Click on it.
4. Enter the email address associated with your account.
5. You’ll receive an email with instructions to reset your password.
